Tina's Pilot Shop, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex at Northwest Regional Airport (52F / Roanoke, Texas) has been in business since 1998. We are a leading distributor for everything aviation and specialize in aviation headsets, handheld GPS, aeronautical charts, handheld transceivers, flight training textbooks, FAA materials, crew gear, collectables, and gifts for your favorite pilot.

Tina's Pilot Shop is the largest pilot supply shop in North Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, located at the largest privately-owned airport in the world, Northwest Regional Airport (52F). SHIPPING / ORDERING TERMS & CONDITIONS

EASY ON-LINE ORDERING (24-7) or PHONE ORDERS...by calling (817) 490-0046 during our business hours 9:00-6:00 Central time, M-F, 9:00-5:00 Central time, Saturday. For fastest service, please have your credit card ready. We cannot accept C.O.D. orders. If you prefer to mail your payment, please enclose a check or money order for the full purchase amount and your order will be shipped when the funds clear (approximately 10 business days). Please, do not send cash.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS...are shipped via USPS Express with the shippers export declaration. Customers will be responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply to International shipments. Additionally, the USA Exports Bureau may not allow certain products to be sold to some individuals or countries considered hostile to the United States of America.

SALES TAX...as required by Texas law, will be collected at a rate of 6.25% on all merchandise shipped to addresses within the State of Texas.

SHIPPING...most merchandise is shipped directly from our retail headquarters in Roanoke, Texas and usually ships the same day orders are received or when funds clear. Weekend and holiday orders are shipped the next business day. When a product backorder issue arrises with our manufacturers, we may not have your entire order available for immediate shipment and your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise has actually been shipped. If we cannot ship your order immediately, or if there is some peculiarity with your order, we will contact you and resolve any issue.

VISIT OUR STORE...located at 500 Boeing Way, Roanoke, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Northwest Regional Airport, 52F). There is also a cafe on the field that is open for lunch during the week, and on Saturdays for breakfast and lunch. 

HOLIDAY HOURS...so our employees may spend holidays with their families, our phones will not be staffed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.

EXCHANGING OR RETURNING MERCHANDISE...if, within the first 15 days, your merchandise is defective or if you are simply unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. Have your original receipt information ready to provide our staff with transaction information. Please return your order to us insured and prepaid. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery we recommend you use commercial carriers such as UPS or Federal Express. Shipping fees are not refundable, however, there is no shipping fee for product replacement. Credit card refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Merchandise must be returned in like-new condition. Extended warranties are with the manufacturer. However if within the first 30 days, you have an product failure, please return the faulty product with all the original parts and packaging to Tina'€™s Pilot Shop for replacement from stock at no charge. Please carefully note: Aviation Charts, close-outs, discounted specials and special order items are not returnable. Used, damaged or defaced merchandise will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
